Not on a Cinematronics monitor... the intensity of both hi and lo
brightness lines is set by a single brightness control, and the
difference between the line intensities is set by a resistor (I believe
it's R10 - can anybody confirm this?) The value of this resistor could
be changed for a different 'lo' brightness value (has anybody tried this?)
