Using the Fluke 9010a to test Aux boards

I'm still learning the many uses of my Fluke, but was wondering if anyone
had any experience using one to Trouble shoot Aux boards.

Just looking at it, there should be a way to read Fluke sigs from the 74S287
custom chips correct? Well I guess provided I can figure out the addresses.

Any help in scripts, or commands to T/S Vector boards laying around
somewhere?
