WG Asteroids Monitor Dead. Advice on where to start?

Hey Everyone,

The WG monitor in m Asteroids died. I have heater and there is chatter,
but no picture. F102 was blown. Any idea what my next step is (after
replacing F102 of course). I also tried changing the HV Diode, but that
didn't help.
