With signal removed from the scope adjust positions to put the dot in the
center of the screen, then reconnect the signals and see if the picture is
centered on the screen. BOTH INPUTS MUST BE IN DC MODE, NOT AC.

I did at least figure out how to get the XY to plot properly on the display,
so I can see the game play. I have yet to figure out if the output is too
low on either side yet..
One thing I did see was that every now and then the display 'goes away',
only to return 2-3 seconds later. It will then stay ok for 20-30 secs or so,
this go away again. Any thoughts?
