Omega Race random Vectors when shooting.

Been trying to figure out where these lines are coming from. They only
appear when you fire, sometimes it's constant, other times it's not there.
The lines ranges in size, but they seem to emanate from the shots
themselves. Enemies don't do it, just the player ship.

The power supply has been recapped, and I'm getting a clean 5.04volts to the
chips.
I've gone through and checked/replaced all the ls191, and ls157 along with
the ls374 leading up to the adj561chips.
