Yes, Cleaned, the L shaped one, and re-flowed, and re-pinned the molex style.

Well there was minimal acid damage to PR1 area just below the battery. Those look like the ram select circuits.
All ram has been re-socketed, and any residual acid damage cleaned up. The Fluke isn't reporting any ram problems with the long test.
The area in the video is where the problem really shows up. During a normal game, there are slight glitches in the middle box area.
Roms have been replaced, and custom chips checked and cleaned.
So I'm at a loss atm.
Will try Googling asteroids problems and see what I find, but so far nothing with the description givin.

It reminds me of the connected lines problem of the explosions on Asteroids and Asteroids Deluxe boards. Google that issue and it may also provide some clues where to look on your OR circuit.

If your Omega Race board is doing what Kevin's youtube video
shows, then your board has a problem. I have repaired a few
and this is not normal. It has a problem.
Check for bad traces from acid damage.
