MPSU07 1 watt (no heatsink), 10 watts with heatsink.
ZTX653 1 watt (no heatsink AT ROOM TEMPERATURE), 2.5 watts with heatsink AT
ROOM TEMPERATURE.
If the MPSU07 is being used WITHOUT a heatsink the ZTX653 WITH a heatsink
should work.
A TO-92 case part isn't going to be reliable replacing a heatsinked
MPSUanything.
Also, remember to check secondary breakdown ratings on any parts being used
with more that 20 volts.
