Okay, so what's a good modern replacement for the Q606/Q607/Q706/Q707? I was going to get the ZTX653 / ZTX753 and press-on heatsinks, but it sounds like that may not be a good idea. Is there an equivalent in a TO-202N package? It looks like Bob Roberts stocks the MPSU57/MPSU07, but they're expensive enough that I wouldn't just buy a couple PCBs worth of parts, which is what I'd like to do.
