Yes the A63 is 100 degrees, I believe. Are you sure that the manual is
referring to the 25" when it mentions 90 degrees? The 19" is definitely
90 degrees, while the 25" should be 100. I believe many (if not most)
25" tubes are 100 degrees to make them shallower and easier to build
TV's (and arcade games) around. I have seen two other 25" amplifones in
SW cockpits (besides mine) and they all used the A63 tube, so I am very
confident that is the original part #. All used the same model yoke as
a WG6100, which has a 100 degree 19" tube. I also noticed some bowing
on all the 25" amplifones, perhaps this was inherent to the design.. :-(
