VECTOR:TECH ESB Pot test

I've got a ESB boardset that is not responding to the control yoke. In the
pot test (and game play), all of my buttons work, but the test line is
pointing straight towards the north-east portion of the box. I swapped in a
working Star Wars boardset, and no problems, so I don't belive it's a yoke
problem.

Help!!
