6100 Wavey Letters

Hi All,

Me again, still working on the Tempest.

My 6100 has a strange wave to it. Check out:

Look at the "S" in scores and the angled line on the "R". See how they are
wavey? Note that the "O" and the "E" are not, as well as the 0101s below.

Also note similar issues in the bottom image. This only occurs on the right
side (bottom when horizontal).

Any thoughts to why? It's not the game board as it test's fine in another
machine. The monitor was just capped.
