IIRC, 1024x768 for Asteroids, likely the same for the other vids.
I also think Asteroids had an internal coordinate system to represent the
locations of objects in the software. ISTR its resolution was 4096x4096,
(well, 4096x3072). The "virtual" locations in software were then divided
by four to tell the physical hardware where to point the beam.
