I'm guessing you don't have a O-scope since you are swapping parts out.
However, a scope makes it easy. In a nutshell, check the testpoints.
Picture still bad ? Take the schematic and start tracing the path
backwards, from the outputs of the DACS, through the op-amps, until you find
where it is bad.

I had an Asteroids bard that was bad like this, was a bad op-amp (tl082 I
think it was, which you said you replaced already.)
