Hey Dan,
From what I can see from your photos it looks correct.
I can't see where you hooked up the GREY (filament) wire
tho'. It's been quite a while since I wrote the corrected
instructions so I refreshed my memory and included them
below for archive purposes. If you look at your 1st picture
the clockwise-most pad, where the RED wire is connected, is
pad #9. The pad numbers DECREASE as you go COUNTER-CLOCKWISE
since the photo is of the bottom of the board (etch side).
Note that there are no pads for positions 5 and 3 but you
still count them.
[From J. A's site:]
RED wire from XFMR to PCB hole T2 pin 9. Low side of MC1.
YEL wire from XFMR to PCB hole T2 pin 8. This is +24VDC.
BLK to PCB hole T2 pin 6 or 7. This is GROUND.
GRN wire from XFMR to PCB hole T2 pin 4. Video B+, connects to anode of CR3.
ORG wire from XFMR to PCB hole T2 pin 1. Goes to COLLECTOR of Q3 (BU406D).
GRY wire from XFMR to PCB hole T2 pin 10. This is the filament's hot side.
