Re: Asteroids monitor question

Sounds like you have the early revision G05 where the power supply is a
separate card form the deflection board and Hi voltage.
download "Preliminary Instruction & Service Manual for Atari Quadrascan
X-Y Monitor" it is the early G05 manual
