Please help with Asteroids AVG?

Hello,

     Please help if you can. So far, I have this board up and running, but as
you can see from the pic, it's still got some troubles.

     The larger picture is in test mode, the smaller is in play mode. Board
was completely dead at first. Replaced CPU socket, rom socket @ N/P3 and
replaced rom @ NP/3. Replaced LS244 @ C2, got ram error code for 2114 @ E2,
replaced ram @ E2. Board boots, and passes self test, but has picture shown.
Op amps and 4066's look fine on the scope, but maybe I'm missing something?
Perhaps something in the state machine?
     Any help would be appreciated!
