I had a similar problem. Check diode at D701 (1n4001).
Its kind of under the large cement resistor.

Subject: VECTOR: WG-6100 help PLEASE!
I'm working on a couple of color vector monitors and have two working
deflection
boards ( finally!). I also have one working hv cage but after testing a
deflection board
I swapped out the hv cages and R100 becomes a campfire instantly and Q100
naturally also goes - I assume it's Q100 followed by R100 but whatever.
Obviously there is a problem with the HV but I can't seem to find anything
yet.
I'm sure this is something many have dealt with. Any ideas or tips would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
-Dave
