It doesn't come with any of that stuff.
You take it off of your old tube and put it on the new tube.
Converging a tube is like adjusting all those pots on an Atari
color XY game, and getting them perfect, only harder. But, it's a
kind of "tedious hard" where you just have to mess around with everything
until it is set right.
