Asteroids problem help!

      To all you asteroids techs out there ..I have a problem with mine ...i
cant get any thing but four vertical lines on the monitor....i assume its the x
axis that has the problem but where...Is it in the rate multipliers or the
counters ..help ...this think is killing..
