Can you adjust the X & Y size with the size controls? It is possible that
one of them is defective. You checked the board with a good monitor in the
same cabinet as the problem is occurring in? Just to avoid any wiring
weirdness possibilities...Have you checked all the pins of any connectors
on the monitor motherboard and re-soldered them to be safe?
